What is a bully?

Bullying is defined as insulting or demeaning a student or group of students or a family member of a student. Bullying also includes threatening or placing a student, a group of students, or a student’s family member, in fear of physical harm or damaging personal property. The most severe form of bullying is aggravated assault.
